Family-Style Lemon-Rosemary Chicken Thighs

I sear these bone-in organic chicken thighs in a hot cast iron skillet with grass-fed butter & organic extra virgin olive oil for a crispy skin then baste them in more butter, lemon and rosemary and finish them off in the oven. The bone-in keeps these thighs tender and juicy!
